CCOT's FJ40 Air Conditioning fits '75 thru 1984 FJ40s - System looks like factory Land Cruiser AC (Nipendenso), but more efficient, higher AC output, and with NEW E.P.A. Required 134-a Freon (Ozone friendly). This is the best FJ40 AC system made and is an Option we have offered for 14 years (with very little design change); Modern technology affords system to blow harder and colder than original AC system while designed to retain STOCK appearance for added vehicle value.     CCOT's AC system was designed for us by AC Engineers here in Dallas specifically to copy the original FJ40 (Nipondenso) AC system and its powerful factory performance.

    Compressor Warranty Summary:Compressors are warranted for 180 days from the original date of purchase (to original purchaser only) under the following conditions:

    1. The system MUST be flushed with a no residue liquid flush or approved flushing system (e.g., live flush system), then blown out with compressed air.

    2. The system MUST be vacuumed/evacuated for at least 30 minutes.

    System uses 6 oz's of Oil and 2lbs of Freon.

    3. A licensed technician MUST install the refrigerant to properly gauge pressure levels.

    4. In certain instances with vehicles using FS10/FX15 compressors that have locked up, the condenser should be replaced.

    5. All related replacement parts (accumulator/drier, orifice, etc.) purchased with the compressor through CCOT's supplier are warranted for replacement for 180 days. (Parts purchased from other suppliers are NOT covered by this replacement warranty). This EXCLUDES FREON.

    6. For parts not purchased through CCOT's supplier, proof of purchase and/or installation dated on or before the date of service is required.

    7. Labor for installation or reinstallation is NOT covered under warranty.

    8. It is required that licensed technicians at reputable repair facilities perform all installations.

    9. A detailed warranty is enclosed with your compressor.

    Non professional / uncertified technician installations void all warranties.
