Backorders: CCOT will ship parts available and in stock and cancel backordered parts unless backordered parts are quickly available. This greatly improves our efficiency and keeps costs down. Backorders: We try not to let backorders occur, but cannot pretend that they will not from time to time. Certain items are occasionally in short supply and delivery from some manufacturers are unusually slow. Items made in foreign countries can be unexpectedly tied up in U.S. Customs, especially since 911. When a backorder does occur, we will ship the item to you the same day we receive it from the manufacturer. Although most orders are shipped complete within 1-2 business days, occasionally an item is either backordered or no longer available. Please note: When part is backordered for Customer, it WILL ship when available; therefore it is Customer's sole responsibility to cancel backorder with CCOT (before item ships) if part is no longer wanted. Otherwise, Customer is responsible to pay for original shipping costs and return shipping costs. Toyota Parts Backorders: CCOT stocks many common Toyota parts; however, slow moving parts are not always stocked and may backorder. You will be charged immediately when a Toyota part is special ordered on you behalf. Order(s) will ship complete upon arrival of your backordered part(s). |
