Bumper Features
"Universal Winch Mounting Plate/Bolt Pattern" fits most Warn, Ramsey and Superwinches. Horizontal winches need rotating collars to mount on bumper's vertical winch mount face plate. Measure your winch mount bolt pattern to be 10.0" x 4.5" (254mm x 114.3mm).
Measure the width of your winch - must fit between FJ40 Frame Rails - Click.
HFS Bumper fits perfectly with a Warn 8274 and Saginaw PS Conversion combo.
Winch plate and bumper channel are both 3/8" thick & precision Laser Cut.
Install Hawse or Roller Fairleads, both bolt on perfectly.
Easy Bolt on installation to factory (gusset plates) holes.
This is an ULTRA STRONG 3/8" steel channel trail Bumper! Weight - 58 lbs.
Bumper channel is stronger than vehicle frame
Bumper greatly increases FJ40's approach angle.
Bumper is wide enough for protection but narrow enough for tight trail turns. w - 39 3/4"
Designed for strength, tight trail clearance and clean / good looks.

Break press forming lines may be slightly visible under finish.
2 Shackles (3/4") with Screw-Pins and 1" welded hangers

HFS Bumper has two laser cut chain slots on bottom side of channel.
Angular cut chain link slots hold chains up to 3/8" in diameter.
Strong chain slots prevent link slippage.
Chain slots are smartly positioned underneath, not to interfere with winch operation.
