Bushings

Polyurethane Bushings allows suspensions to work positively 100% of the time. Poly Bushings are soft enough for a smooth ride yet firm enough for the most demanding Off-Road conditions. Poly bushings make a dramatic improvement in your Land Cruiser's handling and maintain proper alignment throughout suspension travel. Poly bushings will not rot or deteriorate from atmospheric conditions such as smog, ozone and road salt. These bushings are impervious to gas, oils and other petroleum products.

Polyurethane bushings are a definite upgrade over the old hard rubber bushing.

CCOT offers two makes of polyurethane bushings. Super Pro bushings (red & blue) and American made polyurethane bushings (Graphite Impregnated - Black).

Super Pro Bushings are the proven / best off-road bushings for some 25 years in Australia. Super Pro's unique polyurethane, which is blended with extra mechanical properties, allows that new suspension feel to remain for the lifetime of your Cruiser.

Super Pro polyurethane bushings provide more stringent tolerances to be used; this translates to better off-road handling, increased tire life, more responsive steering and longer service life of suspension components.

Super Pro polyurethane bushings remain constant in their durometer / hardness, even under the most demanding four wheeling or off-road racing. Rubber bushings when compressed increase in their durometer, lowering their ability to function correctly.

Super Pro polyurethane bushings do not alter in their durometer. Once they have been cast, their ability to return to natural shape (after compression) is a major contributing factor in decontrol of Noise Vibration and Harshness.

We believe Super Pro polyurethane bushings are the best available and that's why we have imported them all the way from Australia.

"Super Pro Performance Bushings" are featured below in colors red or blue.

NOTE: Bushings fit OEM size Spring Eyes and OEM size Spring Pins for 40 and 60 Series Land Cruisers. All bushings fit "HFS" Shackles. Narrow springs may require slight trimming of bushing length.
