Question: I have a late '74 (October I believe) with the F motor and a 4 speed. Does anyone know the capacity of the fuel tank? I thought it was either 16 1/2 or 18. The gauge seems to read fine. however at empty I only fill 12 gallons. Could be the gauge, I realize, but when it's full, It reads full so unless I run the thing out of gas, I'll never really know.
